All financial transactions on the spa9 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). spa9 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the deposit page, including FPX and supported local e-wallets.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. spa9 is not liable for transaction delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers. Successfully credited deposits cannot be reversed once a transaction is confirmed.
Fund withdrawals are subject to full identity verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. spa9 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security or compliance review purposes without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is RM20 and the minimum withdrawal amount is RM50Maximum limits depend on the account type and the chosen payment method.
